~ Five large queen bedrooms, including a family room. Two bedrooms have deck access and take in the stunning view.

~ Spacious living areas, with a pool table and games. Upstairs living flowing onto the 18 metre deck to views. 

~ Three dining areas including two alfresco dining, one upstairs and one downstairs and an indoor dining table. Free BBQ use.

~ Adjacent to the National Park in a natural bush setting, peaceful, quiet, and private, we have no immediate neighbours.

Occupying the highest position in the estate, the sweeping views extend from the adjacent National Park, over the Great Sandy Strait to the mainland's shore (and mountains beyond) capturing the mouth of the Mary River, Riverheads, and its northern shoreline towards Hervey Bay.

Local fauna wander by and sun themselves in the trees, or take a splash in the bird baths. All encouraged by our natural bush setting, from gums, banksias, foxtails, down to tiny endemic orchards.

Waiuta Retreat is air-conditioned, however, our home was designed to capture the beautiful sea breeze in our prominent position high on the hill. Indoor and alfresco dining ensures year round comfort. 

The covered deck is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunset on comfort after a day exploring the island. Star gazers look to the spectacular night sky on the open deck.
